AI in warehouse

Digital Petro's unique AI enabled camera monitors the warehouse to ensure the resources are appropriately sporting with head gears, safety belt, hard hats, PPE Kits. It also takes care of fire extinguishers, vehicular movements and unattended goods within the warehouse. Alerts are generated when there is entry into restricted areas or if there is a crowd or on detection of any hazardous material.

Theft Prevention detects unusual behavior or unauthorized access, thereby reducing theft and shrinkage. Round the clock monitoring of the warehouse perimeter for any security breaches or suspicious activity and generates alert to prevent any disaster. It also ensures that none of the incidents goes unreported. The surveillance measure also ensures that only authorized personnel can enter the designated areas. Decantation

The biggest challenge in the retail outlet is reconciling what was brought in the tanker and what was filled n the underground tank. Our platform tallies it and records the quantity that was decanted into the underground tanks.

Dispensing Unit

Digital Petro's IoT unit fitted into the nozzles of the dispensing unit records all individual transactions as to what quantity a customer asked and what was delivered by the dispensing unit. At the end of the day every dispensing unit is reconciled from the quantity of fuel dispensed to the actual quantity recorded, ensuring no customer is cheated.

Fuel Tanks

Underground tanks are fitted with ATG – Auto Tank Gauging probes to monitor the tank. Using the ATG probes tanks are monitored for the density, pressure, level of fuel, and water inside the tank which are safety measures and mandatory measures for an underground tank. Reconciliation of the fuel is done at the end of every day. Price updates are also handled from the platform, ensuring a centralized pricing standard

Interlocks and alerts

Interlocks are placed to monitor abort and alert, unapproved and unauthorized transactions. Alarms are used to alert supervisors of serious, and potentially hazardous, deviations in process conditions. Key instruments are fitted with switches and relays to operate audible and visual alarms on the control panels and annunciator panels. Where delay, or lack of response, by the operator is likely to lead to the rapid development of a hazardous situation, the instrument would be fitted with a trip system to act automatically to avert the hazard; such as shutting down pumps, closing valves, operating emergency systems.

Interlocks are placed where it is necessary to follow a fixed sequence of operations during a plant start-up and shutdown, or in batch operations.

For enhanced security auditing, we need to track configuration changes that were made while working in the Web Console. For example, when anonymization is enabled/disabled, when an endpoint server is unregistered, or when an Agent's recording was turned off or changes were made in a recording policy configuration, you can track exactly who did this, and when it happened. These reports are valuable for security auditing and change management.

An audit entry is created whenever the user makes configuration and other changes in any setting like alerts, disable notifications and messages. It could be even changing password settings, security installation, Anonymization changes, Archive changes, Console User Changes or End Point registrations.

Specific changes and be recorded. Image security can be enabled in the database. Session data and Session privacy changes are also recorded. Printing Alerts are generated on unusual prints.

    Malathi Latha Morthala aka Malathi is a rare blend of Software Engineer, Technical Lead, Delivery Manager and Business Leader.

    She has over two and a half decades of experience in various verticals and Domains such as Element, Systems and Network Management, Healthcare, Sports, and Entertainment. She is an expert in Cloud orchestration and Software Migration. Her technical expertise varies from Software Engineering to driving complex projects from inception to delivery, support, and maintenance. Malathi currently is a Technical Lead managing Cyber Security, IoT and Cloud operations.
