DigitalPetro is a leading IT product and solution company servicing the Oil and Gas industry. DigitalPetro primarily focuses on automating and digitizing the retail outlets of the petroleum industry with the help of IoT.
DigitalPetro specializes in an IoT device that captures transactions, track, monitor, alert and reconcile the end-to-end retail outlet operations.
DigitalPetro with its IoT enabled product named DigitalPetro, services the Oil and Petroleum industries retail operations. Command centres provides unified management across geographical regions.
DigitalPetro takes care of the end-to-end operations of the refineries. From managing the staff to utilization of resources in the warehouse it is completely automated and is efficiently managed through our platform.
Digital Petro's unique AI enabled camera monitors the warehouse to ensure the resources are appropriately sporting with head gears, safety belt, hard hats, PPE Kits. It also takes care of fire extinguishers, vehicular movements and unattended goods within the warehouse. Alerts are generated when there is entry into restricted areas or if there is a crowd or on detection of any hazardous material.
Our platform’s Security & Surveillance feature includes Theft Prevention, Breach Alert and Access control.
Theft Prevention detects unusual behavior or unauthorized access, thereby reducing theft and shrinkage. Round the clock monitoring of the warehouse perimeter for any security breaches or suspicious activity and generates alert to prevent any disaster. It also ensures that none of the incidents goes unreported. The surveillance measure also ensures that only authorized personnel can enter the designated areas. Any violation would be detected and immediately be alerted.
Compliance and adherence to safety measures by employees is a great step towards achieving a highly functional warehouse. Any noncompliance could lead to unimaginable loss. Our platform monitors and alerts for compliance by the employees. Safety compliance brings in mandatory compliance standards and raises alarm when there is an incident.
PPE Compliance ensures that workers wear proper personal protective equipment where necessary. If they do not adhere to the required safety measure it will alert and will also be reported to the higher authorities.
Hazard Detection identifies potential safety hazards, such as spills or obstacles that could lead to accidents. The AI monitoring ensures that there are no items other than that should be in place and acts as a guard.
Incident Response automatically detects accidents or injuries and alerts the relevant personnel. Reporting incidents helps to create an environment to avoid incidents in the future.
Regulatory Compliance ensures warehouse operations comply with industry regulations and standards.Audit Trails provides video evidence for audits and compliance verification.
Analyses the flow of goods and human activity to optimize warehouse layout and operations.
Monitors forklift activity to ensure efficient and safe operation.
Keeps track of the location and usage of assets and equipment..
Asset Management helps you manage the assets by classifying them into multiple categories and subcategories.
Once an asset is classified it is labelled with QR code for identification and tracking.
The maintenance and upkeep are done by scheduling alerts.
Assets can be managed by providing role-based user access and transfer of ownership.
Assets are listed, maintained, monitored and tracked throughout its life cycle.
Automatically counts stock levels and alerts when replenishment is needed.
Monitors shelf occupancy to optimize space utilization.
Identifies when items are placed in the wrong location.
Packaging Integrity checks for damaged or improperly sealed packages before they are shipped.
Identifies defective products or deviations from standards.
Analyses the loading process to ensure that space is used effectively and safely.
Assists in organizing and stacking pallets optimally for storage and transport.
Identifies bottlenecks in the workflow and suggests improvements.
Monitors and analyses staff activities to ensure labour is used efficiently.
Integrates with systems to reduce energy consumption based on occupancy and activity levels.
Our Energy Management System (EMS) is a tool that allows each organization to develop and implement its energy policy. It enables the company to manage all processes, products, and services that use energy; reduce consumption; and increase energy efficiency. To implement this system, the energy needs of the plant must be analyzed, and its main sources of energy, how much energy is consumed, and when must be determined. With all this information, a study is carried out to make the necessary adjustments.
Dock Management monitors loading docks to manage incoming and outgoing vehicles.
Analyses the movement of vehicles within the warehouse premises for opti mization.
Optimizes the picking routes by analyzing the movement patterns.
Uses historical data to predict future capacity requirements.
Ensures warehouse operations comply with industry regulations and standards.
Provides video evidence for audits and compliance verification.
Assists Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs) in navigation within the warehouse.
Ensures that robots and automated systems are functioning correctly.
DigitalPetro’s offering for the retail operations cover the following:
The biggest challenge in the retail outlet is reconciling what was brought in the tanker and what was filled n the underground tank. Our platform tallies it and records the quantity that was decanted into the underground tanks.
Digital Petro's IoT unit fitted into the nozzles of the dispensing unit records all individual transactions as to what quantity a customer asked and what was delivered by the dispensing unit. At the end of the day every dispensing unit is reconciled from the quantity of fuel dispensed to the actual quantity recorded, ensuring no customer is cheated.
Underground tanks are fitted with ATG – Auto Tank Gauging probes to monitor the tank. Using the ATG probes tanks are monitored for the density, pressure, level of fuel, and water inside the tank which are safety measures and mandatory measures for an underground tank. Reconciliation of the fuel is done at the end of every day. Price updates are also handled from the platform, ensuring a centralized pricing standard
Interlocks are placed to monitor abort and alert, unapproved and unauthorized transactions. Alarms are used to alert supervisors of serious, and potentially hazardous, deviations in process conditions. Key instruments are fitted with switches and relays to operate audible and visual alarms on the control panels and annunciator panels. Where delay, or lack of response, by the operator is likely to lead to the rapid development of a hazardous situation, the instrument would be fitted with a trip system to act automatically to avert the hazard; such as shutting down pumps, closing valves, operating emergency systems.
Interlocks are placed where it is necessary to follow a fixed sequence of operations during a plant start-up and shutdown, or in batch operations.
The entire staff management of the retail outlet is managed, and the identification of resources is managed through the application. There is an end-to-end mapping that each transaction can be traced to the attender. Allocation of resources, managing the shifts, tracking the leave records, and filling the gaps with other resources.
A dynamic dashboard is a comprehensive and real-time visualization tool, offering key insights and monitoring capabilities for various facets of the petroleum sector. As technologies evolve, these dashboards may also incorporate advanced features such as artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms for predictive analytics and trend forecasting.
For enhanced security auditing, we need to track configuration changes that were made while working in the Web Console. For example, when anonymization is enabled/disabled, when an endpoint server is unregistered, or when an Agent's recording was turned off or changes were made in a recording policy configuration, you can track exactly who did this, and when it happened. These reports are valuable for security auditing and change management.
An audit entry is created whenever the user makes configuration and other changes in any setting like alerts, disable notifications and messages. It could be even changing password settings, security installation, Anonymization changes, Archive changes, Console User Changes or End Point registrations.
Specific changes and be recorded. Image security can be enabled in the database. Session data and Session privacy changes are also recorded. Printing Alerts are generated on unusual prints.
user monitoring helps to enhance the user experience by gaining comprehensive visibility into the front-end performance of the web and mobile applications in real-time. Site 24x7's real user monitoring (RUM) tool meticulously monitors user journeys and backs it up with data from synthetic tests, backend performance metrics, and AI-powered alerts.
Analyze front-end performance and get detailed metrics on network, front-end and back-end response times. Compare data and analyze webpage performance for different time periods.
There are various methods such as Video recordings of sessions, Log collection and analysis, Network packet inspection, Keystroke logging, Kernel monitoring, File/screenshot capturing are implemented to monitor and manage user activity.
The command center empowered with Video walls ensures smooth management.
